Description
The City of Albany, Georgia is soliciting bids for the construction of an underground drainage force main system at Shannon Pond. This project involves the installation of approximately 1,490 linear feet of 8-inch HDPE pipe and three stormwater pump station structures. All work must adhere to project specifications and contract documents. Key requirements include a 5% bid bond, with a 100% performance and payment bond required for the successful bidder. The contract will be awarded on a unit price basis to the lowest responsive and responsible bidder.
