Description
The Town of Keystone is soliciting proposals from a qualified service provider to perform snow plowing, sanding, and snow removal on designated roads and streets. The scope includes removing snow whenever accumulation reaches approximately four inches or as otherwise necessary, routinely sanding areas designated by the Town, and providing all required labor, equipment, and materials. The listed Rasor Drive area includes Rasor Drive, Rasor Court, W. Hansen Drive, Oro Grande Road, and Meisel Drive, totaling approximately 0.542 miles; the scope also references approximately 1.084 lane miles in the Loveland Village Area. The Town anticipates a task-order contract for the November 1, 2026–April 30, 2027 initial term. Proposals must include the proposer’s certification, any applicable addenda acknowledgments, qualifications and experience, company profile, at least three references, applicable licenses or certifications, and a completed sample cost estimate. The proposal will be evaluated on qualifications, service capabilities, reliability, references, rates, and other factors in addition to price.
