Description
Childers Construction Company, serving as construction manager, is soliciting proposals from Trade Contractor 02A – Fencing for security upgrades at Florida State University's Woodward Garage and Pensacola Garage in Tallahassee. The scope is identified as fencing work; detailed bid documents and plans are available through the construction manager's FTP site. Bidders must prequalify with Childers Construction Company at least seven business days before the bid date, and every subcontractor must be prequalified for 2026. A pre-bid conference is scheduled at both parking garages. Sealed bids may be submitted electronically or by hand delivery, and questions must be emailed at least five business days before bid day.
