The City of Westbrook is soliciting proposals for the purchase and redevelopment of 11 Mechanic Street, a former fire station. Interested developers must prepare a conceptual mixed-use plan envisioning the highest and best use for the property. A required site walk will be held on August 18, 2026. Proposals are due by September 15, 2026.
