Description
The General Services Administration is soliciting offers for a fully serviced lease of 8,161 to 8,405 ANSI/BOMA Occupant Area square feet of contiguous office space in a modern, professionally maintained building. The requirement includes five reserved surface parking spaces, access to required public amenities, four-by-four pallet access, and compliance with applicable accessibility, fire protection, life safety, environmental, energy-efficiency, and building standards. The lease term is 10 years, with five years firm, and includes one five-year renewal option. The successful lessor must provide tenant improvements, building-specific security improvements, utilities, janitorial and snow-removal services, maintenance, and onsite management. Security obligations include Facility Security Level II measures, access control, video surveillance, intrusion detection, duress alarms, secured critical areas, and related design, installation, testing, and maintenance. Offers must include the required pricing, property, ownership, zoning, financial, floor-plan, fire/life-safety, environmental, energy, security, and construction documentation identified in the RLP package and must be submitted electronically through the Requirement Specific Acquisition Platform unless otherwise authorized by the Lease Contracting Officer.
