Description
The City of Redwood City is soliciting proposals from qualified engineering consultants for design services for the Annual Sanitary Sewer Replacement Project in Sewer Basins 3 and DT. The project involves repair or replacement of sanitary sewer pipelines with NASSCO PACP structural grade 4 and 5 deficiencies, including pipelines, manholes, and lateral connections. The selected consultant will provide project management; meetings; surveying, utility research, and potential geotechnical investigation; a basis-of-design report; 60%, 90%, and 100% design submittals; plans, specifications, construction details, cost estimates, and schedules; permit-support documents; bid support; construction-phase services; inspections; and as-built drawings. Proposals are limited to 30 pages and must include a cover letter, table of contents, project understanding and approach, team qualifications, at least three relevant project examples with client contacts, a separately sealed fee schedule, and acknowledgment of the City's sample professional services agreement. Three printed copies and one USB drive containing PDF and Word versions are required, with the rate schedule separately sealed.
