Description
The State of Delaware seeks proposals for local banking services, statewide ATM services, or both. Local banking services include branch-based over-the-counter deposits and collections, currency and coin services, account and funds management, check disbursement, fraud controls, online banking, reporting, reconciliation, file transfers, and collateralization of State funds. The State expects a primary over-the-counter collection bank with branch coverage across all three counties and may make additional awards for geographic coverage.
