Description
The State of Delaware seeks vendors to provide dry cleaning, laundering, and garment repair and alteration services for state agencies and other eligible entities. Services include counter service and pickup and delivery, with vendors able to bid on any or all of three geographic zones. Pickup and delivery is generally required twice weekly; vendors must describe their tracking and accountability system. The scope includes cleaning uniforms and other garments, stain and odor removal, and repairs such as hemming, mending, and zipper replacement. Vendors must meet specified quality and reporting requirements, including monthly usage reporting. The contract has a two-year initial term with up to three one-year extensions. The bid requires a completed pricing workbook, a technical response, a questionnaire, and vendor forms; a bid bond is waived.
