Description
The City seeks a financial institution to provide depository and cash-management services for its operating, PEG, and employee-benefit accounts. The scope includes account structures and daily sweeps, deposit and disbursement processing, positive pay, account reconciliation, wire and ACH services, online cash-management reporting, optical imaging, investment safekeeping, collateral management, monthly statements, and account analysis. Proposals must address the required services and provide detailed fees; optional services include remote deposit and purchasing-card services. The response must include an overview of the proposed services, completed offer and qualifications materials, a cost proposal, and specified supporting information such as financial statements, ratings, references, sample reports, and agreements. The anticipated initial agreement term is three years, with automatic annual renewals by mutual consent.
