Description
The Maryland Treasurer's Office is issuing a Request for Proposals to select one or more firms to provide insurance appraisal services for the State's owned real property and infrastructure. The scope is divided into Category A, covering real property, and Category B, covering infrastructure, with supporting location and pricing materials provided in the solicitation attachments. The solicitation includes a price form, lists of real property locations valued over $300 million, major toll facilities and non-major structures, and sample contract and program requirement documents. A pre-bid/pre-proposal conference is scheduled, with RSVP required by close of business on September 29, 2026, using the designated response form.
