Description
Lincoln Electric System is soliciting bids from qualified HVAC professionals to remove existing equipment and furnish and install four new split-system air-source heat pump systems at four substations. The work includes removal and disposal of existing indoor and outdoor units, ductwork, and associated equipment; installation of specified Carrier or Bryant heat pump and fan-coil units; electric heat packages; return-air boxes and filter grilles; line sets; ductwork and diffusers; electrical breakers, disconnects, GFCI receptacles, conduit, plumbing, controls, and thermostat connections; and required permits and inspections. The contractor must provide all labor, materials, tools, equipment, and services and comply with applicable laws, codes, OSHA requirements, and refrigerant-reclamation rules. The proposal must include a work-plan timeline of no more than one page and the provided costing sheet. The selected contractor must complete the work by November 30, 2026, provide at least a one-year parts-and-labor warranty and a five-year condenser-compressor warranty, and be a Carrier/Bryant certified installer. The bidder must also complete the LES Bid Reply and Signature Page and Equal Employment Opportunity Compliance Form 51, and provide required insurance documentation and performance and labor-and-material payment bonds under the contract requirements.
