The U.S. Department of Agriculture's Food Safety and Inspection Service intends to purchase an automated segmented flow analyzer with an AS2 autosampler through simplified commercial-item procedures. The requirement is designated as a total small-business set-aside and is expected to be fulfilled through a firm-fixed-price purchase order valued below $350,000.
