Description
Lincoln Electric System is soliciting bids for newly manufactured 15 kV underground distribution cable in specified quantities and sizes, including 1/0 AWG, 3/0 AWG, and 1000 kcmil aluminum conductors with tree-retardant cross-linked polyethylene insulation, concentric neutral conductors, and linear low-density polyethylene jackets. Bidders may submit pricing for one or multiple cable sizes, and the utility may award sizes individually or as a bundled purchase. Delivery is required on a freight-paid, FOB-destination basis to specified Lincoln, Nebraska locations. The cable must comply with the provided engineering specification and applicable ICEA and AEIC standards, including requirements for materials, manufacturing, reel configuration, shipping lengths, cable identification, testing, warranties, and acceptance inspection. Bidders must submit the completed Bid Return Form, Bidder's Signature Page, complete product specifications and descriptive information, delivery timing, manufacturer and plant information, and any requested qualification, service-history, and certified test reports. A completed Equal Employment Opportunity Compliance form is also required.
