Description
Lincoln Electric System is soliciting bids for four 115kV power circuit breakers for back-to-back shunt capacitor-bank switching and fault clearing on a 115kV bus containing four 43 MVAR capacitor banks. Each breaker must include independent-pole point-on-wave control, SF6 interruption and insulation, required control cabinets, current transformers, heaters, gauges, accessories, spare parts, testing, and applicable documentation. Bidders must submit complete technical and descriptive information, including the required technical data, bid schedule and pricing, bidder qualifications and experience, drawings, specifications, warranty information, service and parts availability, and any exceptions. The equipment is scheduled for delivery by September 1, 2028, with approval documents due by June 1, 2027. The selected bidder must also complete the Equal Employment Opportunity Compliance Form and the CIP-013 Service Agreement for LES Vendors.
