Description
The City of Lincoln is seeking a 100% cloud-based golf software platform serving five municipal golf courses and a Parks and Recreation administration office, with real-time data sharing across six locations. The system must integrate point-of-sale, tee-sheet and tee-time management, online booking, inventory, marketing, food and beverage, online store, payments, gift cards, loyalty rewards, reporting, customer communications, and financial controls. It must support the City's existing equipment where possible or provide cost-effective replacement equipment, integrate with existing systems, migrate current customer and loyalty data, and provide secure multi-user access. The awarded contractor must provide implementation, configuration, data conversion and migration, integration, testing, on-site installation and training in Lincoln, go-live support, software updates, maintenance, and 24/7 technical support with calls answered within eight minutes or less. The system must be fully operational across all six locations by February 1, 2027. The solicitation requires annual subscription and support pricing, implementation and one-time costs, training costs, hardware and equipment pricing, other recurring costs, and a four-year total cost summary. The estimated agreement value is over $500,000, and the vendor must provide technology-related certifications and comply with specified insurance requirements.
