The City of St. Louis Office of Violence Prevention, in partnership with the St. Louis Board of Aldermen, is requesting proposals from qualified nonprofit organizations to provide youth programs designed to reduce crime among at-risk youth. The solicitation is identified as PROP S. Proposals are due by October 2, 2026, at 5:00 p.m. CDT. Inquiries should be directed to the designated procurement email address.
