Description
Hudspeth County seeks a complete dedicated Internet and VoIP telephone solution for the Hudspeth County Courthouse and Sheriff's Office. The requirements include business-class symmetrical Internet service with a minimum of 200 Mbps at each location, three static public IPv4 addresses per location, 20 VoIP telephone units per location, and two fax lines per location. The selected provider must furnish all equipment, software, licensing, installation, configuration, programming, testing, training, documentation, and ongoing technical support. The proposal must address VoIP features, concurrent-call capacity, fax delivery method, service availability, outage response and restoration, emergency support, monitoring, implementation schedule, pricing, contract terms, qualifications, comparable customer references, and any cooperative-contract availability. The proposed Service Level Agreement must provide a maximum eight-hour response/restoration commitment for service-affecting outages.
