Description
The City of San Ramon is seeking quotations for the purchase and delivery of park amenities. The requested items include commercial-grade steel benches; concrete picnic tables, including ADA models; ADA-compliant drinking fountains with pet fountains and bottle fillers; covered steel barbecue grills; city-standard trash receptacles; and recycling receptacles with city logos. The quotation schedule contains 19 line items, including specified models, finishes, colors, dimensions, and related detail drawings. Vendors must provide firm unit pricing, detailed descriptions of proposed items, delivery turnaround, delivery and offloading charges, discounts, and other charges. Prices must include all applicable fees other than sales tax, and products must be shipped in the manufacturer's original, undamaged packaging. Quotations must include a completed and signed Informal Request for Quotations document and completed Attachment A, Quotation and Price Schedule; any deviations and special terms must also be identified in writing.
