Description
The Harris Center for Mental Health and IDD is soliciting a dealer to furnish, deliver, assemble, and install new furniture for a 44,000-square-foot mental health clinic. The package includes healthcare and office seating, tables, workstations, storage components, planters, carts, and related furniture, with specified manufacturers, models, quantities, finishes, and fabrics identified in the pricing spreadsheet and furniture specification documents. Equivalent products may be proposed but must be clearly highlighted. The vendor must coordinate with the owner, design team, general contractor, and other vendors; verify quantities, finishes, site conditions, and electrical coordination; provide required samples, shop drawings, prototypes, and designer approvals before fabrication; manage shipping, off-site storage if needed, delivery, installation, punch-list corrections, and damage repairs; and provide product warranties and warranty labor. Installation is expected to occur in one phase during normal business hours, with a full-time on-site supervisor and completion coordinated with the general contractor's schedule.
