Description
The Minnesota Department of Natural Resources is soliciting bids for the labor, equipment, materials, tools, transportation, and incidentals necessary to establish 200 feet of gravel road and a 2,500-square-foot gravel parking pad measuring approximately 50 by 50 feet. The bid package includes mandatory pricing for mobilization, clearing and grubbing, and aggregate surfacing, with aggregate surfacing priced per cubic yard for an estimated quantity of 110 cubic yards. Unit prices must include all costs required to complete the project, including labor, materials, tools, transportation, equipment, sales tax, use tax, and other incidentals. Responses must be submitted electronically through the Swift Portal using the latest event version; email and fax submissions are not accepted. Bidders must review all event attachments, enter a bid amount for each mandatory line item, and comply with the solicitation requirements. Award will be made to the lowest responsible vendor meeting the specifications and terms, with the State reserving the right to award by item, group, or total.
