The City of Springfield Department of Public Works is seeking a price agreement for sand used in winter sanding. The successful bidder must be capable of delivering a minimum of 500 tons within an eight-hour day. The estimated total value is not to exceed $50,000. The City supports a goal of 20% minority and women participation in all contracts. Questions regarding the bid specifications must be submitted to the Office of Procurement by September 24, 2026, at 4:30 p.m.
