Description
The Town of Charlton is soliciting sealed bids for winter washed sand for fiscal year 2027, covering the 2026–2027 winter season. The solicitation calls for one unit of sand and requires bidders to use the provided Bid Forms, including the Non-Collusion Form, Tax Compliance Certificate, and Bid Pricing Sheet. Sealed bids will be awarded to the lowest responsible and eligible bidder. The successful bidder must provide a certificate of insurance and a workers' compensation certificate. The town reserves the right to reject any or all bids and waive minor informalities.
