The City and County of Broomfield may make final settlement to Moltz Construction after September 17, 2026, for the Siena Reservoir Pump Station and Pipeline Project under the original agreement dated April 25, 2023. The notice invites persons or organizations that furnished labor, materials, equipment rentals, sustenance, or other supplies used in the project to file any related claim on or before that date. Nothing is to be submitted as a bid; this is a notification only.
