Description
NASA's Shared Services Center requires an AMTECO high-temperature furnace for NASA Langley Research Center. The agency intends to issue a sole-source contract to AMTECO Inc. under FAR 12.102(a), having determined that AMTECO is the sole provider of the required furnace. This notice is a request for written capability statements and qualifications, not a request for quotes. Price offers will not be reviewed or accepted at this stage. Responses will be evaluated solely to determine whether the requirement should be competed; oral communications are not acceptable. Respondents must reference Notice ID 80NSSC26942506Q.
