Description

Sebastopol Union School District seeks to upgrade existing local area and wireless local area network equipment at two campus locations. The requested scope includes switches, wireless access points, wireless controllers, cloud management devices, multiplexers, GBICs, fiber and Cat6 patch cables, uplink cables, antennas/connectors, and six uninterruptible power supplies with approximately 45–60 minutes of runtime. The district prefers Ubiquiti equipment but will consider equivalent products from other manufacturers. The contractor must provide itemized pricing for equipment, installation, warranty, applicable licenses, shipping, and sales tax; remove existing switches and wireless access points where specified; install and configure the new equipment and UPS units during normal business hours; and provide staff familiarization. Proposals must include at least three references using the proposed equipment, SPIN number(s), E-Rate support contact information, and confirmation of the ability to support SIP billing and discounting. The contract is for E-Rate Funding Year 2026–2027, subject to legal review and Board of Trustees approval.
