Description
Petersburg Borough is soliciting sealed bids for the Scow Bay Boat Haulout project. The work includes installation of shot rock embankment, armor rock, base course, a concrete haulout ramp, timber boarding float, steel piles, concrete washdown pad, storm drains, water services, gravity and pressure sewer lines, a sewer pump station, power pedestals, area lighting, a wood-framed utility building, utility coordination, and miscellaneous related work. The estimated construction cost is $12 million to $15 million, and substantial completion is required by May 1, 2028. The project is funded with local, state, and federal resources, each carrying specific contract requirements. A bid bond, cashier’s check, or certified check equal to 5% of the total bid price is required. Bids must be submitted electronically through BidExpress.com.
