Description
The Office on Violence Against Women, within the U.S. Department of Justice, is accepting applications for the FY 2026 Training and Services to End Violence and Abuse Against Individuals with Disabilities and Deaf People Program. Eligible applicants include state, Tribal, and local governments; Tribal organizations; victim service providers; and qualifying nonprofit organizations. Applications must include a partnership between a victim service provider or qualifying Tribal organization and a nonprofit, nongovernmental organization serving individuals with disabilities and/or Deaf people. Grant-funded activities may include training, technical assistance, outreach, advocacy, intervention, risk reduction, prevention, accessible services, facility modifications, equipment purchases, personnel, and model programs addressing domestic or dating violence, sexual assault, stalking, and caregiver abuse. Awards may be up to $600,000 for a 36-month period beginning October 1, 2026, with total program funding of $10,500,000 and an anticipated 18 awards. Applicants must submit an SF-424 through Grants.gov and the full application through JustGrants, including a proposal narrative, budget, memorandum of understanding, and applicable certifications and supporting documentation.
