Description
The Paducah Independent School District is accepting bid proposals for micrographics services under a Kentucky Local Records Program grant. Services include microfilm production and digital imaging with accompanying indexes. Work must comply with Kentucky Department for Libraries and Archives regulations (725 KAR 1:050). Offerers must be certified by the Kentucky Department for Libraries and Archives, conduct an on-site examination of materials, and provide itemized price quotes. Roll microfilm must be polyester based. Digital images and indexes must be supplied to the Kentucky Department for Libraries and Archives upon completion. Grant funds cover initial quality control; additional quality control costs are the offerer's responsibility.
