Description
Webb County is seeking a qualified provider to deliver special event decorating and coordination services at the Webb County Fairgrounds. The scope includes indoor and outdoor decor packages for weddings, quinceañeras, birthday parties, graduations, baptisms, and other events; event design concepts and space layouts; linens, centerpieces, tables, and seating options; delivery, setup, removal, and cleanup of decor; games and activities; music setups; and catering when required. The provider must furnish and supervise personnel, materials, supplies, permits, and an experienced event coordinator, while managing event-related vendors and coordinating with the County's promotion management company and restaurant and concession operator. The agreement is expected to run for at least three years. Proposals will be evaluated on special-event decorating experience, personnel qualifications, and references and projects, including at least five prior-client references.
