Description
Webb County seeks a qualified company or individual to develop, improve, manage, and operate the Fairgrounds' existing restaurant, pavilion concession stand, outdoor dining events, and outdoor food and beverage stand. The operator must provide high-quality culinary products, meals, and non-alcoholic beverages; maintain clean, sanitary, healthy, and code-compliant facilities; manage purchasing, inventory, supplies, personnel, accounting, and operational records; and coordinate with the County's promotion management company and special events coordinator. Alcoholic beverages may not be sold. The proposer must demonstrate restaurant management, concession, and comparable-facility experience, have no health-permit suspensions during the previous five years, and hold current food-establishment permits and Texas Food Manager Certification. The response must address experience, proposed management personnel, at least five relevant client references, financial statements and bank and credit references, proof of operating capital, an IRS W-9, and evidence of business registration. The lease is for a minimum three-year term with two one-year extension options. Responses must be uploaded in the eBid portal's Response Attachments tab before submission.
