Description
The City of Bismarck requests written proposals from qualified construction management firms to provide construction management-at-risk services for the management and construction of a multi-phase terminal expansion at Bismarck Airport. The project will use federal, state, and local funding. The available materials do not provide a detailed technical scope, estimated value, contract duration, bonding requirements, insurance requirements, or proposal-format requirements. Plans, specifications, and the proposer's packet must be obtained from Bismarck Municipal Airport by email or in person.
