Description
Gwinnett County is soliciting competitive sealed proposals from qualified contractors for on-demand demolition, disposal, and replacement of synthetic turf fields, installation of turf systems, field markings and logos, goal systems, drainage and stone-base work, curbs, sidewalks, protective measures, mobilization, maintenance equipment, and related athletic-field services. The revised bid schedule covers approximately two field replacements per year and includes turf systems, infill, sitework, field equipment, testing, and eight- and ten-year warranty options. The scope also includes annual Gmax, HIC, and infiltration testing during the selected warranty period; HIC testing must not exceed 500. The contract is a three-year, on-demand arrangement with no fixed total budget stated; the County expects competitive pricing based on estimated quantities. The revised bid schedule must be returned, and Addendum No. 1 must be acknowledged on page 14. Firms on the Gwinnett County ineligible source list, or otherwise debarred or suspended, may not submit proposals.
