Description
The U.S. Fish and Wildlife Service is seeking Standard Form 330 qualifications for topographic and bathymetric LiDAR and survey services at Bitter Lake National Wildlife Refuge. The work includes aerial imaging, LiDAR data acquisition and processing, field surveys, survey ground control, digital orthophotography, point-cloud data, and digital elevation modeling to support future analyses and construction-repair design related to flood damage. This is a firm-fixed-price, total small-business set-aside solicitation under NAICS 541370. Amendment 0002 extends the SF330 submission deadline to September 24, 2026, at 5:00 p.m. Eastern Daylight Time, to allow the Government additional time to prepare responses to pending contractor questions. The solicitation requests SF330 submissions rather than a conventional RFP.
