PUBLIC NOTICE REQUEST FOR PROPOSALS NO. 2027-002P The Village of Ruidoso is requesting sealed proposals for Development of Village of Ruidoso Owned Properties including but not limited to 600 Wingfield Street and 1108 Mechem Drive and additionally acquired Village of Ruidoso properties. Description
The Village of Ruidoso is seeking proposals for the development of Village-owned properties, including 600 Wingfield Street, 1108 Mechem Drive, and additional properties acquired by the Village. The scope is broadly described as development of these properties and may include other Village-owned sites. Proposals must be sealed and delivered by September 17, 2026, at 3:00 p.m. local time. No pre-submittal conference will be held.
