Description
Region 9 Education Cooperative is soliciting proposals from qualified individuals or organizations to provide licensed, in-person speech-language pathology services to students in its member districts. The scope includes therapeutic services, therapy evaluations with written reports, participation in Individualized Education Program (IEP) meetings, service delivery according to IEP requirements, required meetings, documentation, confidentiality compliance, and supervision as permitted by applicable licensure rules. Bilingual proficiency is preferred but not required, and providers must maintain the required New Mexico licensure. The procurement may result in multiple contracts. The initial term is one year, with up to three additional one-year renewals, for a maximum of four years, subject to funding and satisfactory performance. Proposals must include a technical proposal, resumes and relevant experience information, three references, two professional reference letters, a cost proposal, and completed mandatory appendices A through E. Proposals must be submitted electronically through the designated submission portal as a single PDF of no more than 100 single-spaced pages; the proposal must use readable 12-point type and numbered pages.
