Description
The Bureau of Land Management seeks a laboratory to analyze water samples collected from the Haystack water well. Testing must address Environmental Protection Agency and New Mexico requirements for a public water supply system, new-well contaminants, and per- and polyfluoroalkyl substances (PFAS). The contractor must ship sample collection bottles to the BLM Roswell Field Office, test the returned samples, and submit a final water analysis report to the BLM of New Mexico. The requirement is a firm-fixed-price commercial service with a 90-calendar-day period of performance. Work will be performed at the contractor’s laboratory during normal working hours. The solicitation is a total small-business set-aside under NAICS 541380, Testing Laboratories and Services, and past performance from government systems may be evaluated for responsibility and risk confidence.
