Description
The Federal Law Enforcement Training Centers is soliciting firm-fixed-price quotes for 600 boxing headgears: 300 large and 300 extra-large units. The equipment must meet or exceed the specified characteristics of Ringside Safety Cage Training Headgear, SKU SC, including a full reinforced steel frame surrounding the face; the large-size specification also identifies synthetic leather, dense multilayer foam padding, hook-and-loop closure, and an open-top design. Brand-name-or-equal products are acceptable. Quotes must include all shipping and freight costs in the CLIN prices, proposed product specifications and images, manufacturer warranty information, and the vendor's Unique Entity Identification number. Delivery is required within 30 days after contract award, preferably in no more than two shipments. Award will be made using a lowest-price technically acceptable evaluation on a total small-business set-aside basis.
