Description
The Department of Homeland Security is soliciting one task-order proposal for construction of a new United States Border Patrol Integrated Training Complex at the Federal Law Enforcement Training Centers in Artesia, New Mexico. The Government anticipates making one task-order award under the DHS National Multiple Award Construction Contracts III indefinite-delivery, indefinite-quantity contract. Only current DHS NMACC III Pool 1 unrestricted large contractors may submit proposals; the opportunity is limited to the ten solicited contractors. Amendment 0001 extends the proposal deadline to October 21, 2026, and requires offerors to acknowledge the amendment when submitting a proposal. Solicitation documents, including the statement of work, project manuals, drawings, basis-of-design documentation, wage determination, and security-related attachments, are controlled and available to the solicited contractors through separate access instructions.
