Description
The Federal Law Enforcement Training Center is soliciting firm-fixed-price quotations for 5,795 MK2 Fog Flip Top spray canisters: 6,564? No—4,475 inert surge-operations units, 1,130 active surge-operations units, 2,089 inert units, and 101 active units. The inert spray must be non-irritant, labeled "Inert," use a fog pattern, have an effective range of 10 feet, and meet specified MK2 canister dimensions and weight. The active spray must maintain 1.25% major capsaicinoids and meet the same fog-pattern, flip-top actuator, dimensions, and weight requirements. The first shipment is due 30 days after award, with the line items expected in approximately four equal quarterly shipments. Quotations will be evaluated using a lowest-price technically acceptable approach and must include pricing, a technical proposal or description of the items offered, the solicitation number, and the offeror's Unique Entity Identification number.
