Description
Pima County seeks qualified contractors to provide custodial services at multiple facilities in the Ajo Corridor. The scope includes routine cleaning of restrooms, kitchens, offices, and common areas; trash and recycling removal; replenishment of paper and soap supplies; floor care; carpet cleaning; and on-demand services such as power washing and emergency cleanup. Contractors must provide personnel, supervision, equipment, cleaning products, and supplies, and comply with the County’s green-cleaning policy and living-wage requirements. The solicitation calls for a one-year contract with four one-year renewal options and anticipates multiple awards. Proposals must include the completed Offer Agreement and specified exhibits, pricing entered in the online portal, and at least three client reference forms submitted directly by the clients. A mandatory on-site pre-proposal conference is required.
