Description
Pima County seeks statements of qualifications from firms to provide a full range of park development services on an as-needed basis through a multiple-award job order contract. Work may include sports fields and courts; landscaping, turf, and irrigation; playgrounds, pools, splash pads, buildings, fencing, paving, drainage, electrical and plumbing improvements; and related design coordination and pre-construction services. Individual job orders will be issued for projects, each capped at $2 million, and up to five contractors may be selected. The shared annual contract amount is $3 million, with no minimum work guarantee. Respondents must submit a Statement of Qualifications and a Subcontractor Selection Plan; the solicitation also requires a 5% Small Business Enterprise participation goal. Contractors performing work must hold the specified Arizona general engineering and general commercial contractor licenses, or equivalent. Payment and performance bonds are required for construction work at the job-order or annual level, when applicable.
