Description
Pima County is seeking statements of qualifications from contractors to provide a full range of transportation improvement and maintenance services on an as-needed basis throughout the county. The solicitation intends to establish a shared indefinite-delivery, indefinite-quantity job order contract with up to five qualified contractors and a shared annual amount of $15,000,000. Individual job orders may not exceed $2,000,000, including change orders; there is no minimum work guarantee. The initial contract term is one year from award by the Board of Supervisors, with up to four additional one-year renewal options. Payment and performance bonding will be required per project and/or annually. The project establishes a 6% minimum Small Business Enterprise participation goal. Responses must be submitted through the Bidnet Direct e-procurement platform. A pre-submittal meeting will be held virtually through Microsoft Teams.
