Description
The City seeks a contractor to provide mowing and related grounds maintenance at the Group 1 sites. Work includes mowing turf to specified heights and frequencies, string trimming, edging, removing clippings and litter, and maintaining designated sports fields, pools, and dog parks. The contractor must provide the labor, equipment, licenses, and permits needed for the work, and must hold the specified Arizona landscape and pest-management licenses. Herbicide use requires City approval and appropriate licensing; the solicitation prohibits subcontracting for the specified services.
