Description
Pima County seeks Statements of Qualifications from contractors for an as-needed, indefinite-delivery/indefinite-quantity job order contract covering transportation improvement and maintenance work. The scope includes roadway and intersection construction, paving and shoulder repair, drainage structures and improvements, traffic signals, pavement markings and signs, utility relocations, traffic control, landscaping, and related work. Emergency callout availability is required 24/7. Up to five contractors may be selected for a shared annual amount of $15 million; individual job orders may not exceed $2 million. There is no minimum work guarantee. The initial term is one year, with up to four additional one-year renewal options. An overall Small Business Enterprise participation goal of 6% applies to each contractor. Payment and performance bonds are required for construction work at the job-order or annual level.
