Description
Tucson Unified School District seeks Category 6 UTP Ethernet-compliant cabling materials and installation at 26 district sites over two fiscal years. The scope includes cabling to support outdoor wireless access points, outdoor single-gang weatherproof boxes, surface-mount boxes, and related equipment. The RFP lists estimated quantities of 53,130 feet of cabling and 16,100 antennas, connectors, and related components; installation is required for the listed internal-connection service requests. Offerors must provide pricing for both funding years, including eligible and ineligible items, installation, shipping, and contingency pricing for possible site substitutions. Responses must include the required pricing and vendor questionnaire materials, E-Rate identifiers and green-light evidence, and details of product warranties and system assurance. The contract is intended to run for up to two years, with up to two additional one-year extensions.
