Description
The City of Oran is soliciting one lump-sum construction bid for water supply improvements under DNR Project Number DW-291425-01. The project includes construction of a new water plant, standby power units, a new well with controls, pumping equipment and controls replacement for an existing well, and pipeline work to connect and complete the system. The anticipated total bid price is approximately $4,000,000, and substantial completion is required within 480 consecutive calendar days after the Notice to Proceed. The project is financed through Missouri's State Revolving Fund and federal capitalization grants, and includes applicable federal and Missouri wage requirements, Davis-Bacon requirements, OSHA training, employment authorization documentation, and equal-employment requirements. Bid security and an Affidavit of Work Authorization are required in accordance with the bidding documents.
