Description
The project involves re-grading an existing water tank site to expand the pad area for future additional tanks. Work includes hauling off excess materials; installing a new driveway, access road, curb and gutter, perimeter fencing, drainage basin, discharge piping, and storm drain piping; and lowering existing utilities on the site. Attendance at the pre-bid conference is mandatory. The conference is scheduled for October 1, 2026, at 10:00 a.m. local time at 509 Southland Street, Nipomo, California 93444, after which the meeting will reconvene at the project site. Transportation from the conference location to the project site is the responsibility of prospective bidders.
