Description
The Space Development Agency intends to issue a sole-source, firm-fixed-price modification to Contract FA240125C0001, awarded to SpaceX, for continued support of a satellite processing and integration facility. The facility must accommodate up to 21 satellites and associated dispenser hardware. The scope includes post-transport functional testing as required, satellite mechanical and electrical mating to dispenser hardware, and integrated payload stack encapsulation. The one-year extension has an estimated total value of $15,000,000 and is expected to be awarded in December 2026. This is a notice of intent for a sole-source award, not a request for competitive proposals.
