Description
The City of Santa Barbara is soliciting a lump-sum bid for renovation work at Santa Barbara Golf Club. The scope includes releveling and expanding the #10 tee box; reshaping and fine-grading the #13 green; and renovating the #13 greenside bunkers, including excavation, reshaping, drainage installation, liner placement where required, and final finishing. Related work includes site preparation, erosion control, irrigation, drainage, sod, sand, shaping, mobilization, and demobilization. The contractor must provide the labor, materials, equipment, supervision, and appurtenances necessary for the project. The work is subject to California prevailing-wage, apprenticeship, certified-payroll, contractor licensing, Department of Industrial Relations registration, insurance, and public-works requirements. A valid California A or C-27 contractor's license is required. The project must be completed within six weeks of the agreed-upon start date, subject to weather-related delays.
