Public Works and Government Services Canada is establishing a Regional Master Standing Offer for the competitive, as-needed acquisition of various compressed gases. The requirement covers federal departments and agencies in three zones: Quebec, Saguenay–Lac-Saint-Jean, and Montreal, including locations such as Valcartier, Bagotville, Boucherville, Longueuil, and Saint-Jean-sur-Richelieu.
